The process starts with a no obligation, informal chat about your
ad. Which directory will it appear in? What size will it be? Black
& white, spot colour or full colour? Etc.
We will then email you within an hour with a fixed price quote.
If you are happy with the quote, we will assign one of our team
of ad designers to you. They will contact you and arrange a time
for another chat. Your designer will discuss your ad with you in
more detail. They will ask you to send the text and any images you
want included in your ad to them on a C.D. or via email.
You will be sent a copy of our terms and conditions, a contract
and a written quotation. We ask that you sign and return these to
us along with a deposit of 50%. The balance being payable within
14 days from the completion of your advert.
Once we have received the paperwork and deposit, your designer will
begin work on your ad. In most cases you will see the initial design
ideas within 72 hours. We can either send them to you in the post
or you can view them online. If you choose to view your ad online,
you will be sent a password via email.
We will allow you as much time as you need to look at the design
ideas. Another phone call can then be arranged to discuss any changes
to your ad. You are free to make as many changes as you wish. We
want you to be 100% happy with your advertisment before it goes
to print.
